In days, minutes and moments when you truly feel like you will not be able to continue in your anguish and pain, recall that God’s grace is sufficient. He will carry you through as He has promised in His word. We may seek strength elsewhere from God and even be encouraged to find hope perhaps in our existing families, in science or perhaps from within ourselves but we must lift our eyes to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than we can imagine.

Be strong and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord. Psalm 31:4
This is my comfort in my affliction that your promise gives me life. Psalm 119:50
I believe that I shall look upon the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living! Wait for the LORD; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the LORD! Psalm 27:13-14
In the day of trouble, He will keep me safe in His dwelling. He will hide me in the shelter of His tabernacle and set me high upon a rock. Psalm 27:5 (Not ESV)
No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13
